GEORGE - It's the first anniversary of the George building collapse, and victims and their families are still no closer to answers.
A total of 34 people died and dozens more were injured when the Victoria Street building caved in.
Five National Home Builders Registration Council officials were suspended in the wake of the disaster.
The 11-day operation saw rescue teams comb through over 6,000 tonnes of rubble.

The operation lasted 260 hours, with personnel split into two shifts who worked around the clock.
For the victims and families whose lives have been irrevocably changed by the George Building collapse, their hope is for a swift and conclusive investigation.
They're hoping that those responsible are identified and held accountable.
