HAMMANSKRAAL - The patience of Hammanskraal residents has run dry.
They're ready to march if their water problems aren't solved.
On Wednesday, they protested at the local purification plant, demanding to speak with the mayor or MMC – both of whom were unavailable.
City of Tshwane officials are in the area, addressing concerns after a contaminated system caused massive supply delays.
The heartbreaking reality though, is that frustrated residents now say even contaminated water is better than the current reliance on trucks and dangerous, makeshift boreholes.
