Shadrack Sibiya
PRETORIA - The High Court in Pretoria has dismissed Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya’s legal bid against the SAPS and senior government officials.
Sibiya brought the case against the National Commissioner, Minister of Police, and the President.
In a unanimous ruling, the court ruled against Sibiya, ordering him to pay legal costs.
Sibiya challenged decisions involving his position within the police service, but remains suspended.
