PRETORIA - Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge has scored a court victory.
The High Court in Pretoria has granted Mbenenge an urgent interdict.
The decision halts parliament from launching impeachment proceedings against him while his review of gross misconduct findings against him is in process.
The Judicial Service Commission found him guilty of gross misconduct after his secretary accused him of sexual harassment.
