JOHANNESBURG - A Honeydew police sergeant will appear in the Protea Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
The 49-year-old has been charged with rape and sexual grooming.
IPID arrested the officer for raping a young family member.
The alleged abuse started when the girl was just 14 and continued until October 2024.
The officer allegedly gave her money to buy her silence.
