SIR LOWRY'S PASS VILLAGE - Power cuts in Sir Lowry's Pass Village have sparked a war between residents.
Residents in formal homes accuse those in informal settlements of causing a transformer malfunction.
Eskom says it's unable to restore electricity due to protests in the area.
The community has been without power since Tuesday.
Eskom says it will return to the area only when its technicians' safety is guaranteed.
It says it is currently working with law enforcement agencies.
