STILFONTEIN - Four police officers have been arrested in connection to the escape of Stilfontein mining kingpin James Neo 'Tiger' Tshoaeli.
They are facing two counts of defeating the ends of justice.
They appeared before the Stilfontein magistrate's court and was released on R1,000 bail each.

The case has been postponed to 5 March.
Tshoaeli resurfaced from shaft 11 on 15January, but never made it to the police holding cells and is still on the run.
