CAPE TOWN - National Coloured Congress leader Fadiel Adams insisted he demands no favours from the Madlanga Commission and urged commissioners to do their jobs.
Adams’s testimony was postponed after he claimed there were problems with his parliament-issued laptop.
As Adams now readies himself for his time before the commission, he said he is ready for anything.
"I expect the Commission to ask hard questions. I expect the commission to be low-key aggressive. They've got a job to do. They've got findings to make. I 100% expect them to be whatever it is they're going to be. And you know what, that's okay, because I'm not asking the Madlanga Commission to be nice to me. I'm asking them to do their job. Every word in that affidavit is mine," he said.

He is now set to appear before the commission on 19 August where he now promises to shock the nation with his revelations on 19 August.
Adams referenced the recent case against a controversial KwaZulu-Natal businessman who has been arrested on charges of human trafficking and kidnapping.
He claimed the businessman was mentioned in his statement and questions whether or not the timing of the arrest is a coincidence.
