CAPE TOWN - The Impeachment Committee is meeting on Wednesday to finalise the terms of reference for its work.
The document has been refined by Parliament’s Legal Services and MPs will consider the final changes.
The terms will guide how the committee conducts the inquiry and considers evidence.

Members will also get an update on the appointment of Advocate Thandazani Madonsela as evidence leader.
Once finalised, the committee can then move ahead with the next steps in the inquiry.
