It's looking into sexual harassment allegations from his secretary, Andiswa Mengo..
Gender-based violence expert Dr Lisa Vetten is expected to take the witness stand.

The tribunal was adjourned last month to allow her time to prepare and for the defence to review her evidence.
She's expected to focus on the power dynamics between the complainant and the respondent.
Several witnesses have already testified, including a forensic linguistics expert and the official who helped Mengo lodge her complaint.
