JOHANNESBURG - A predator who uses women as sexual objects and rules by fear... these are the words of a young woman who detailed her harrowing experience at International Pentecostal Holiness Church.

READ:  Mike Sandlana's bail denied

She accuses leader Michael Sandlana of targeting her, after she refused to marry him.

Sandlana faces corruption charges for allegedly bribing high court judge Portia Phahlane.

He's back in the dock for a ruling on his bail application.

In 2021, the former congregant was kicked out of the church in the middle of the night.

The young woman says she feels vindicated now that Sandlana is behind bars.

eNCA reached out to Sandlana's lawyer for a right of reply.

He has declined to comment on the allegations made against his client.
