JOHANNESBURG - Police watchdog Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has forwarded the completed investigation docket related to Emmanuel Mbhense's death to the National Director of Public Prosecutions.
Witness D told the Madlanga Commission that Mbhense's body was disposed of in a lake in Germiston, allegedly under the direction of Ekurhuleni metro police officers.
AfriForum, acting on behalf of the Mbhense family, has been actively pursuing information about this matter since the death three years ago.
