JOHANNESBURG - Parts of eastern Johannesburg have had no running water for up to three weeks, leaving residents to rely on buckets and bathtubs.
Affected areas include Kensington, Bez Valley, and Bruma.
People say this has been a recurring issue for years.
Despite promises of infrastructure upgrades, residents say little has changed, and frustration is boiling over.
