Joburg Gas Explosion | Millions to rebuild underground infrastructure

JOHANNESBURG  - It is going to cost R178m or more to redesign and rebuild Joburg's underground infrastructure.

City officials have confirmed methane is the cause of the explosion that damaged Lilian Ngoyi Street.

But it's still unclear when the street will reopen.
