JOHANNESBURG - A power outage at the Zuikerbosch Water Treatment Plant has crippled pumping at the Palmiet Booster Station.
Johannesburg Water warns that parts of Sandton, Diepsloot, Rabie Ridge, and surrounding areas could face low water pressure or total outages.
The utility said it is monitoring the system and taking steps to stabilise supply.
Residents are urged to use water sparingly.
