Joburg's G20 makeover: Quick fix or real change?

JOHANNESBURG - Joburg is pulling out all the stops ahead of the G20 Leaders' Summit in two weeks.

Streets are being scrubbed, potholes patched, and streetlights switched on.

But residents and civic groups say this sudden burst of efficiency shouldn’t only happen when the world is watching. 

They're calling for lasting, sustainable service delivery.
