Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni, co-accused return to court

MIDDELBURG - Multi-millionaire taxi bosses, Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and Bafana Sindane, will continue their bail application in the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court.

The two, along with their co-accused Mvimbi Daniel Masilela and Phillmon Msiza, spent the weekend in prison after the magistrate postponed their matter to Monday.

They're accused of extorting over R2 million in protection fee from a mining businessman.

The state also alleges that Sindane, who only handed himself over on Friday, had tried to evade arrest.

Sindane and Sibanyoni are known for showing off their wealth, including luxury vehicles, including Ferraris.
