JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg and informal traders continue their battle in court on Friday.
The Socio-Economic Rights Institute of South Africa, which is representing the traders, is accusing the city of violating their constitutional right to earn a living.
SERI is fighting the city's removal of informal traders from areas in the CBD.
Johannesburg authorities argue that the removals are in line with by-laws.
