PRETORIA - Suspended Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department (EMPD) Deputy Chief Julius Mkhwanazi is returning to the Madlanga Commission.
He first appeared last year, in what turned out to be a spectacle.
His second appearance was scheduled for earlier this year but was later postponed due to a family death.

Mkhwanazi is accused of being in cahoots with alleged Big Five cartel member Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala.
He allegedly gave the green light to the infamous blue lights, handed to Matlala’s company.
