JOHANNESBURG - The State says there's new information to investigate before businessman Katiso Molefe can apply for bail.
Molefe is accused of masterminding the murder of Oupa Sefoka, popularly known as DJ Sumbody, and his two bodyguards in November 2022.
Molefe appeared along with three suspected hitmen in the Alexandra magistrate’s court on Tuesday.
The accused have also been linked to the hit of Vereeniging engineer Armand Swart in April last year, and the attempted murder of actress Tebogo Thobejane.
The suspects have been remanded in custody until 29 July, when Molefe intends to apply for bail.
