Justice for Joshlin | Probation officer asks for maximum sentences

He says the girl's mother and her two co-accused have shown no remorse.

Social worker Errol  Pietersen compiled a detailed pre-sentencing report about Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appollis and Steveno van Rhyn.

He describes Appollis as a liar and Van Rhyn as a menace to society and believes Smith orchestrated the kidnapping and trafficking.

Closing arguments are expected on Wednesday.
