JOHANNESBURG - Controversial businessman Katiso Molefe is back in court to find out if he's being granted bail.
He’s accused of masterminding the 2022 murder of music producer and club owner, DJ Sumbody, and two of his bodyguards.
Molefe and three alleged hitmen face multiple charges, including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and possession of unlicensed firearms.
The state is opposing bail.
Molefe denies the allegations and argues he has complied with previous bail conditions.
His co-accused have not applied for bail.
