JOHANNESBURG - Suspended City of Ekurhuleni legal services head Kemi Behari's urgent appeal to interdict his disciplinary process has been dismissed with costs.
Behari sought the court's intervention to stop internal disciplinary proceedings against him.

The hearing followed allegations made at the Madlanga Commission.
Behari contends that he should instead be referred to the South African Local Government Bargaining Council for pre-dismissal arbitration, citing section 188A(11) of the Labour Relations Act.
