JOHANNESBURG - The Khampepe Commission of Inquiry into delays in prosecuting apartheid-era crimes resumes on Tuesday.
It comes after former presidents Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki lost their court bid to remove Justice Sisi Khampepe as chairperson.
They had accused her of failure to disclose her recommendations on TRC cases referred to the NPA during her time as a Deputy Director.
The Jacob Zuma Foundation said serious allegations remain unaddressed and insists the matter is far from over and plans to explore all legal avenues.
