The Constitutional Court has dismissed a bid by two former Presidents to have a High Court ruling reviewed and set aside.

Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki approached the apex court after the High Court dismissed their bids.
They argued Khampepe’s previous roles on the TRC Amnesty Committee and as Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions create a conflict of interest and a reasonable apprehension of bias.
