JOHANNESBURG - The case against Feroz Khan and Gauteng Hawks boss, Ebrahim Kadwa, is expected back in the Kempton Park magistrate's court.
Khan was arrested in May for allegedly being involved in an illicit precious metals syndicate case. He is currently out on R20,000 bail.
The NPA says the matter remains in court despite Khan being hospitalised following an apparent shooting.
Khan's cellphone and messages are also under scrutiny at the Madlanga Commission.
