DURBAN - An alleged criminal syndicate boss will appear in court on Monday for allegedly stealing from flood victims.
The man is accused of siphoning off the Emergency Housing Response Fund.
The KZN housing kingpin is expected at the Durban Magistrate's Court.
Authorities say he's part of a syndicate behind massive fraud involving flood disaster relief funds.
It also follows crackdowns on the alleged sale and rental of RDP houses to undocumented foreign nationals.
