DURBAN - Disaster management teams in KwaZulu-Natal are on high alert as the province braces for more heavy rains.
The South African Weather Service has issued a yellow Level 4 warning for rain that may cause flooding and damage to infrastructure.
Authorities are calling on people to take the weather alert seriously.

Residents are warned to remain vigilant and to avoid crossing swollen streams and undertaking unnecessary travel.
Forecasters are warning of possible flooded roads, poor visibility and even structural risks.
