JOHANNESBURG - The suspect accused of the murder of Roodepoort teenager Likhona Fose is back in court for bail application.
Thirty-nine-year-old Mduduzi Mnisi faces several charges, including one of premeditated murder, and the state is expected to oppose bail.
The 14-year-old’s mutilated body was found dumped in an open veld last month, not far from her home in Durban-Deep, a day after she was reported missing.
The case was postponed last week, to allow the state to conclude its investigations.
Mnisi has a previous conviction for attempted murder and robbery in 2007
