JOHANNESBURG - It's been a long and costly road to recovery for Lilian Ngoyi Street.
Millions have been spent over years of rehabilitation after a devastating explosion.
Now, Mayor Dada Morero is promising to reopen the road to traffic on Friday.
But concerns are already being raised about the quality of repairs.
