EAST LONDON - The Eastern Cape Liquor Board is shaking up its regulations.
New laws are forcing traders to be compliant and responsible in selling alcohol.
But tavern owners accuse the board of unfairly targeting them and are worried the changes will kill their businesses.
The new regulations are in effect as of 1 March and those who choose to ignore them risk legal action.
