PRETORIA - Suspended Tshwane Metro Police deputy chief Umashi Dhlamini returns to the Madlanga Commission.
Dhlamini has been implicated by police sergeant Fannie Nkosi, who alleged that he compiled a list of seven preferred service providers for a security contract.
