PRETORIA - Independent Directorate Against Corruption head Andrea Johnson is back in the hot seat at the Madlanga Commission.
Johnson began her testimony on Tuesday where she faced tough questions.
On Wednesday, she admitted that the directorate had asked MP Fadiel Adams to submit a Section 27 referral against Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo.
The admission came after Johnson initially denied that such a request had been made.
She has been accused of using her power to go after senior Crime Intelligence officials.
