CAPE TOWN - It’s D-Day for former police minister Bheki Cele as he appears before the Ad Hoc Committee looking into police corruption.
Cele is likely to share evidence based on his tenure as police commissioner and minister.
His successor, Senzo Mchunu, wrapped up his four-day testimony on Wednesday.
He says there was no interministerial committee, and hence, he did not consult when he disbanded the Political Killings Task Team.
The evidence leader will lead Cele when proceedings begin at 11am.
