JOHANNESBURG - Former Ekurhuleni Divisional Head Xolani Nciza will continue his testimony at the Madlanga Commission.
He is another witness who has made damning allegations against suspended EMPD police chief, Julius Mkhwanazi.
The under-fire Mkhwanazi is heavily accused in the blue lights scandal.
Nciza claims anyone who dared to try to hold Mkhwanazi responsible would be victimised.
He's accused former City Manager, Imogen Mashazi, of overstepping and protecting Mkhwanazi.
