PRETORIA - Former EMPD Deputy Chief Revo Spies enters a third day of his testimony at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
He has already detailed dodgy dealings, theft and threats towards him by other officers.
Spies also presented a video to the commission showing the alleged theft of copper cables
by EMPD officers.
