PRETORIA - Suspended Tshwane metro CFO Gareth Mnisi resumes his testimony at the Madlanga Commission.
He's denied receiving money from Fannie Nkosi or influencing the tender processes in the municipality.
Mnisi also told the commission that he and suspended Deputy TMPD chief Umashi Dhlamini share a formal professional relationship.
He's been implicated in allegations of tender-rigging and procurement irregularities.
