PRETORIA - Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni is expected to return to the stand at the Madlanga Commission on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Sibanyoni distanced himself from underworld operations and the so-called Big 5 Cartel. He also denied links to extortionists belonging to a group known as the Kwagga 20.
Evidence leader and advocate Matthew Chaskalson questioned the businessman about a payment he received from Tanganyi Mining in July 2021.
