PRETORIA - A witness who had been scheduled to appear at the Madlanga Commission last week has applied for an extension.
His legal team submitted an application to postpone and another to have his testimony held in-camera.
They raised concerns about the volume of documents they have to go through before his appearance.
The Commission granted both applications on Friday.
The witness has been implicated at the inquiry.
