PRETORIA - The Madlanga Commission is turning its attention to the Independent Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC).
Commissioners are expected to hear testimony about the unit's leadership.
It includes evidence relating to IDAC head Andrea Johnson.
They are also considering applications to have parts of the evidence heard behind closed doors.
One of the witnesses is believed to be a member of Crime Intelligence.
Meanwhile, the inquiry has received a second extension from President Cyril Ramaphosa.
It will submit its final report on 16 November, with an evidence deadline expected earlier in October.
