PRETORIA - Alleged crime kingpin Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala returns to the Ad Hoc Committee, with more details on his dealings with politicians and police.
He claims to have paid former Police Minister Bheki Cele R500,000 in exchange for political favours.
Matlala also said the charges laid against him and the raids carried out on his home are politically motivated.
