PRETORIA - The cross-examination of the lead investigator in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is continuing.
But, the state says it is unable to provide records the state deems crucial.
The defence requested vehicle tracking records of vehicles used during the arrest.
They wanted to use it to prove claims some of the accused were tortured into confessing.
But, the state says those records do not exist and can't be made available.
Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng ordered the case go ahead and that officers can be called again to testify.
