PRETORIA - Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala is expected to give evidence at the Ad Hoc Committee.
He was meant to testify on Tuesday but asked for a postponement, saying he was not feeling well.
The Ad Hoc Committee is sitting at the Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Centre.
Matlala, who is accused of attempted murder, is also linked to questionable tender dealings.
He's also been named as a member of the Big 5 criminal cartel.
