PRETORIA - Lawyers of North West businessman Suleiman Carrim, who was expected to testify before the Madlanga Commission on Friday, say they will ask for a postponement.
Carrim was due to testify in the Commission after the High Court dismissed his bid to block his subpoena.
But his lawyers say they have not had sufficient time to peruse through the evidence.
Carrim has connections to Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala, who is an alleged member of the Big 5 cartel.
