PRETORIA - Suspended Organised Crime Head Richard Shibiri will testify at the Madlanga Commission.
He's accused of taking R80,000 from Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala as a gift.
It's alleged he was on Matlala's payroll and even protected him on social media.
Shibiri is expected to take the stand after the commission has made a ruling on the medical certificate of political fixer Brown Mogotsi, who was a no-show on Monday.
