LIVESTREAM | Senona continues testimony at Madlanga Commission

PRETORIA - KwaZulu-Natal Hawks head Lesetja Senona will continue his testimony at the Madlanga Commission on Wednesday.

He made his first appearance on Tuesday morning, where he faced scrutiny from the Commission.

Senona was grilled over his alleged role in assisting Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala, whom he has referred to as a brother. This relates to the controversial R360-million SAPS tender contract.

But Senona says he did nothing wrong. He denied helping the alleged Big Five cartel member.

The provincial head also failed to justify why he accompanied Matlala to see Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi in KwaZulu-Natal.

The inquiry will continue to poke holes in his testimony.
