PRETORIA - Suspended EMPD Deputy Chief Julius Mkhwanazi, implicated in alleged widespread rot in the Ekurhuleni metro, has been hauled before the Madlanga Commission.
He will answer to a string of allegations, including supplying blue lights to controversial tenderpreneur Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala's cars.
