PIETERMARITZBURG - Chief Albert Luthuli's daughter-in-law, Veleminah Luthuli, has told the High Court in Pietermaritzburg she was the last person to see the anti-apartheid stalwart alive.
Luthuli died in 1967, allegedly after being struck by a train.
The court is hearing evidence in the reopened inquiry into his death.

It's hoping to expose collusion between the security police, district surgeons, pathologists, prosecutors and magistrates.
The inquest continues on Wednesday.
