JOHANNESBURG - Premier Oscar Mabuyane will lead a memorial service in Mathatha,
for Eastern Cape flood victims.
It's a day of mourning in the province, as communities across the OR Tambo, and Amathole districts begin rebuilding their lives.

Displaced families have been moved to temporary shelters.
At least 90 people have died and many others remain missing after heavy rains, led to the devastating floods last week.
The service will take place in Decoligny Village, near Mthatha.
