PRETORIA - The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Criminality, Political Interference and Corruption in the justice system says its intention is not to disrupt the work of the SAPS.
It says it followed due process in protecting information from copies of the 121 dockets.
The commission will corroborate these dockets as part of its work.
The commission says Parliament's Ad-Hoc committee may still summon witnesses, including KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
